Catherine (Christian) Hardiman

Catherine Christian was born at Prospect, Nova Scotia, Canada 28 August 1846 the daughter of Edward Christian and Frances White. She married Samuel B. Hardiman, son of Edward Hardiman and Anastasia Brennan on 21 January 1867. They had nine children. Catherine died at Prospect, Nova Scotia, Canada 7 July 1935.

George Bernard Christian

George Bernard Christian was born at Prospect, Nova Scotia, Canada 6 September 1868 the son of John D. Christian and Ellen Donahue. He married (1) in 1896 to Alice Honora Brennan, daughter of Edward Brennan and Bridget White. They had one child of this marriage, George Joseph Bernard Christian. Alice died sometime shortly after in 1897. George Bernard was known as "Poppie George". He married (2) Catherine Melinda Hamm, daughter of Peter Hamm and Margaret Noonan. They had one daughter born in 1900, Ellen Marguerite Christian. George Bernard Christian is probably the only person from Prospect to be able to claim that he sailed  around the world twice. At one time he was a sailor, but he also travelled all over the world to places like Japan.

Milton Patrick Christian

Milton Patrick Christian was born at Prospect, Nova Scotia, Canada 9 December 1898, son of Patrick Christian and Mary Eleanor Duggan. Milton married Muriel Florence Duggan (1907-1991), daughter of Nathan Duggan and Margaret Mason at Prospect, Nova Scotia, on 23 September 1923. They had 5 children. Milton died at Prospect, Nova Scotia ca. 1983.

Olive Rose (Dot) (Christian) Barry

Olive Rose (Dot) Christian was born at Prospect, Nova Scotia, Canada in November 1873 the daughter of Nicholas P. Christian and Margaret Ross McGuire. She married at Prospect on 19 June 1895 to Edward J. Barry. They had three children: Nicolas (1897), Marjorie (1904) and Bill (1905). Dot died at Prospect, Nova Scotia, Canada in September 1947.

Margaret Ross (McGuire) Christian

Born at Portuguese Cove, Nova Scotia, Canada in April 1839, the daughter of Daniel McGuire and Ann Perrin. Along with her sisters, Margaret married in to families at Prospect, with Margaret marrying Nicholas P. Christian circa 1864. Margaret and Nicholas would have seven children. She died at Prospect in May 1916..

Born at Chester, Nova Scotia, Canada ca. January 1904 the daughter of Edward J. Barry and Olive Ross Christian. She married Michael Christian of Prospect and had one child. Marjorie died at Prospect in the 1960s..

Born at Chester, Nova Scotia, Canada in December 1897 the daughter of Edward J. Barry and Olive Rose Christian. She never married and died in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada in January 1942.

Born at White's Lake, Nova Scotia, Canada in April 1910 the daughter of Charles G. Christian and Mary Elizabeth DeWolfe. She married Charles C. Colp, son of Oliver Colp and Alma Schwartz of Hubbards in 1929.
